1960 Small Fry “B” and Pony League action

This snippet of film starts with a look at the B League Orioles and Reds. This is taken at the ball field behind Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. At the 1:25 mark we switch over to Pitt Field for a Pony League game between the Giants and the Red Sox. It looks like by this time the Pony League had switched to the regular pro style hard helmet without the ear flaps. At around the 3:05 mark we catch a brief glimpse of an A League game on the little league size Pitt Field.

1960 A and B League action

We start with some bench shots of the B League Phillies and Pirates. Again this is behind Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. We switch briefly to bench shots of the A League Red Sox and Giants, and then back to our original Phillies-Pirates game. At 2:13 we go to Pitt Field for some A League action.
